    I had a lucid magnifier on my rifle for a while but quickly realized I never used it. so I took it off and sold it. it did work well wasn't as high quality as the eotech but it still functioned as intended. I would really say its more a tac-ti-cool than a necessity you could just use a 1-4 if you need magnification and cqb it just takes some training.
