fbi has already subpoenaed the videos -- uh, authority? Justification? fbi has NO authority to tell anyone to turn off security stuff. My property, my right. Yea, some LE got laws passed to prohibit photography of them but in court cases it doesn't stand.

A subpoena only means they turn over copies of the video. It'd take a court gag order to prevent their release. That hasn't happened (though it could).
