Event Announcement- 2/5/2012 BOTW Range

TGT Range Day - Central Texas

Please post in this thread if you plan to attend with the # of people you are bringing. We need a good headcount to plan food and events.

We are going to have free BBQ (pulled pork, beans, etc.) on hand for everyone, and we will have prizes to be won as well as competitions.

When: Sunday, Feb. 5th @ 9:00 AM (Start)
Price: $16 for Shooters / Free for Non-Shooters
Where: Best of the West Shooting Range

We have Bay 3 reserved for TGT (125 yard bay).

For those that don't know, everyone must check in at the front desk office first, sign in, pay the range fee, and then proceed to the back to bay #3.

Itenerary
9:00 AM - Arrival & Setup
9:15 AM - Safety Briefing
9:15 AM - 10:00 AM - Social Shooting
10:00 AM - .22 Competition (Rifles)
11:00 AM - 1:00 PM - Lunch & IDPA Intro
1:00 PM - 2:00 PM - Pistol Blackjack Competition
2:00 PM - 5:00 PM - Social Shooting

- Legion Firearms will be on hand to show off some of their products including their line of AR15s.

- Brad from Madcat Aviator Operator will be on hand to show off his high quality, American made gear.

-Joseph Bell from Tactical Immersion will also be on hand. He's bringing a few barricades for people to play around with shooting from. He'll also have a tent set up and I'm sure will be more than happy to answer questions for anyone looking for pistol/rifle training

We are working to get more vendors and displays on hand at the moment.

Well now that ^hes^ going I have to go now. The garand needs to be sighted in, the ar does. And others to shoot as well.

It wont freeze now that im going will it?

We're still discussing the format, and open to suggestions. But it doesn't have to be pistol only, and probably won't be.
