Really? The last time I checked, hitting anyone and driving away, whether "accidentally" (wink wink nudge nudge) or whether or not a death occurred, is considered Felony Hit and Run and you do NOT get off on that charge.

It looks like our hip-hop "mogul" is going to be spending some MORE time in the slammer.
