    Explaining why the IWBA/FBI protocols are what they are. Why penetration depths and expansion are really your only wounding factors, as far as pistol ammo goes.

    Thus far, it seems like its reloading only, atleast that what I gathered.

    I suggest this only because we as lawfull firearms owners have decided to place the burden of self defense on ourselves. We do this with the knowledge that every round we fire in defense of ourselves, or a third party, we are responsible for. It would be dangerous to use ammunition that is sub-par purely because its "street record" or "kinetic energy" is high.

    Proper ammunition selction is of paramount importance.

    It's open to all ammo ... hence the ' / ' separating ammo from reloading.
