The title to this thread is deceiving. I was expecting to see folks go on about their Pawpaw's 30.06 or their custom RPR or AR. This is must more entertaining! Thanks for the stories and pictures. I am looking forward to more.

Well, I do not know about "beyond impressive" as it represents alot of sacrifice and years of saving / trading and buying the best I could afford.

Some people buy expensive watchs, Cars or houses... you just chose guns instead, cant fault a person for pursuing a passion. Nice collection sir.

Favorite rifle for me is my AR(s). I have 2 that are .223 with one having a 16 inch heavy barrel and the other a 16 inch standard barrel. Nothing fancy on the rifles as I prefer the older A2 style of the past rather than having rails all over the rifle. I have them for range use and self defense.

I have a Mowhawk 600 in 243 from mom. It has a fire breathing 18" barrel on it. fun shooting.

I like all my rifles, but the one I been shooting the most lately, and it has a lot to do with the round which I love, that's my Savage Target B-Mag .17WSM.

This one is growing on me. Marlin .308 Express with a 4X Leupold on top. Simple, rugged and accurate; it'll work on anything in North America, except maybe the big bears.
