If those documents did contain National Defense information related to other countries nuclear programs, I would imagine at this point Trump will be indicted. That's pretty major stuff to be removing from a federally secure location.

POTUS has supreme declassification authority, if he declassified documents while POTUS, no harm no foul.

He should've declassified all the UFO stuff before leaving office and given that gift to the Ufologists out there. Carter said he'd do it, didn't. Clinton said he'd do it, didn't. Trump shudda done it to spite 'em all.
