Female FBI agent shared bed, smoked weed with man accused in Whitmer kidnap plot

FBI informants Jenny Plunk and Steve Robeson’s unusual relationship with Croft included smoking marijuana with him and traveling to several of his militia training sessions, lawyers said earlier this week. Plunk also shared a hotel room with the accused on occasion.

Looking at him and then at her, c'mon, he'd have to know something was up. He was obviously thinking with the wrong head. Either way it was a crime that was instigated by the FBI.

ETA: Maybe that's Whitmer in the photo.

Some folks never learned to question why a woman well out of their league - besides cash - would cozy up to them. About '85, there was a young Airman at Rhein-Main that learned it the hard way - he was "partying" with a chick who took him back to her flat where he was killed for his id. It was used a bit later to plant a bomb on base.

    Dallas Texas or so
Even though the informant was not a badge toting member of the FBI, if she was under their control or direction or acting on their behalf, she was technically an agent.

The courts have repeatedly and consistently ruled otherwise. These people aren't 'after the fact' snitches, they had ongoing relationships with the FBI and deceptive relationships with citizens - and committed acts the FBI is barred from.

We’re going to go blue in the face talking about this.

The headline’s sole purpose was to generate a response by implying a federal GS-18xx LEO employed by the FBI as a Special Agent was fûcking the subject of an investigation.

Given the FBI's history - is it unbelievable that an agent could be corrupted or go to extremes if they thought it'd further their mission?

And yeah - I know it wasn't an actual agent in the Whitmer thing - just one of their informants, and the Post Millennial went with the salacious, inaccurate headline.

Is it unbelieable? No, but that’s kind of like asking if it it’s unbelievable there can be albino lobsters.

The headline is like shouting “pregnant man gives birth to live goat”.

If it makes you feel better to argue semantics, you’ve already fallen for the propaganda schtick it is.
