I use Mark Montgomery, he is here in Helotes and charges a good price (I'll let him quote you that), but he is a good guy. His number is 210-268-7591

There are a couple up here on the NE side I know of...

Eagle 21 in Schertz Eagle 21

Fist Full of Firepower in Cibolo Fist Full of Firepower LLC

Both charge $25 for Title I transfers and I think both charge $75 for NFA stuff. According to their websites, the both teach CHL courses as well.

    Good luck!

Edit: I've exclusively used Eagle 21 for transfers and he's a great guy to deal with. I've heard good things about Mike at Fist Full, but never used his services.

Awesome, gave him a call and he gave me a price plus told me it was no problem if I cant pick up due to the frame/slide coming in after my mid tour leave is up! Great guy to talk to and I went ahead and took the plunge, purchased a Wilson Combat slide/frame combo with the grip safety and extractor included! Im excited to build this thing!

Thanks for the suggestions and help guys, might use one of these guys for our deployment pistol purchase!

He sure sounds like it from the few minutes I talked to him. I would love for my frame/slide to come in so I can meet him before I come back over to the pit!

Just out of curiosity, what company do yall work for? Im currently trying to decide if I should reenlist, become a Warrant Officer and fly, or get out. My ETS is as soon as I get back so Im weighing options currently... I can understand if you wouldnt feel comfortable telling me though.

Ill stay as safe as I can, safety is my jobs #1 goal! Then again people say were crazy for playing with explosives lol. Feel free to join me for a beer while Im back, I posted a thread. I owe ya a beer at least for the info lol.

Haha, I thought of that lol. Well I honestly just see it as my job, I knew what I was getting into when I enlisted, but its good to know people appreciate what we do. Then again I get to play with high explosives ALOT, I mean they paid me to learn how to make em for goodness sake, how many people can say that about their jobs? lol.

Everyone feel free to join me around town, Ill be goin out several different nights. We can have a few beers and talk about shootin stuff, why the Armys M9 sucks, my job blowin stuff up, whatever! I have a group of friends already set up to come out so should be a good size group and lots of fun. See yall next week if you can make it out!

Justin Hoffman (Hoffman Arms) does all of my transfers. It is generally $25 per transfer. Great guy to work with. He is located in Seguin but does most of his work in San Antonio. His number is 830-556-2995. His partner is Matthew and he can be reached at 210-241-6647. Either one of these guys can help you out with pretty much anything you need.
