Democrats always have an answer when they are questioned on yet another tax or "surcharge". They always answer "Yes, but it's needed for .............".

Those in the State like the Kerry's or Kennedy's won't miss a miniscule $3 tax per dog. But that poor minimum wage worker trying to keep a puppy for their little kids will surely notice it.

you know.. i sit and wonder why do people in northern sates just sit and take it. i lived up there all almost all my life and the first chance i got the hell out of there. was forced back, but was gone as quick as i could. even while there i didnt just "bend over and take it again". those people just except the abuse as a way of life... amazing
