    Question.

Why does it have to be raccoon pee? Or coyote? If it's gonna smell like urine. Wouldn't low food chain critters run away from human urine?

I'm not saying drenching a tennis ball after about 5 beers. A few sprinkles. Just enough to broadcast a scent.

I dunno. I just figure the smell of my own urine is non-threatening. :)

Seriously, there's probably some reason that predator urine is recognized as a bad thing by pests. After all, if they couldn't distinguish the smell of one type of urine from another, they'd be running from their own pee all the time. Raccoons, for example, don't run from squirrel pee and vice versa or else they'd never co-exist in my back yard...which they certainly do.

But both will run away from the red fox urine I've sprayed in my attic.

Exactly what the difference is I don't know but I'm 99% certain there is a difference.

Well, if human worked. There'd be a history of positive results from peeing around a campsite.

There's definitely not. Ill look for some fox tee-tee because when the cold weather hit. The little Basturds are going to be nesting up. With a warm cozy attic being the thing to do. The tennis ball is good idea. I never thought about anything like that. I was setting over engineered death traps in a purposeful effort to royally mess them up.

Yeah. It lets you know the "food chain" doesn't go a lot further.
