    Some auto makers, in an effort to go green have been using wire that has a vegetable oil based coating on it, it is a an attractive food source for rhodents
    Thousands of people have spent money for repairs and insurance claims for this are sky rocketing so a class action suit is in the works

    Wouldn't low food chain critters run away from human urine?
    I've wondered the same thing. I eat a lot of meat, so my pee should smell like a predator... but after a lot of peeing outside I can confirm that it doesn't keep rodents away.

    Hell, it might even attract them considering the way they've co-evolved with us. Where there's humans there's food to scavenge.
