    AGREED 100% on the clear nail polish. = When I received "the 120-buck 760" in 7.62NATO from the seller it had the ugliest "see through" scope mount on it that I've seen in a long time.
    As I planned to use it to hunt "the brush country" where hunting is often limited by "sight distance" of 100M & often much less, I decided to not put any sort of scope on the pump-carbine. So off came the mount & 3 holes were filled with screws & nail polish. - Worked FINE as those screws are under little or no pressure.
