    I have a contract on 80 acres in Texas. Have a few financing sources, but figured it wouldn’t hurt to shop around. Any good suggestions for maybe 15% down and 20 years?

    Look into a Federal land bank. I've used Ag Texas and Lone Star Ag Credit. Lone Star had better rates and were quicker to deal with.

    My land thru them three yrs ago.

    Nice thing is its a co op so you get money back each yr.

    Just have to pay annual dues.
    Less than 100 a yr.
