The voices in his head told him he wasn’t schizophrenic...yikes.

So, what was the failure here. Guy with diagnosed schizophrenia is passing NICS and has a CHL.

This was going to be my comment, then I realized I didn't know if NICS would turn up mental issues.
    So I deleted it.

They deemed bump stocks illegal. You thought it wasn't a big deal. Here is the first indictment for possession of a a bump stock.

The guy had previously been committed to a mental institution and was a prohibited person. He was caught when they served a warrant based on a threat he made to the George Bush foundation. So, yes, another crazy Dimorat with a gun.

This doesn't change the fact that they are prosecuting this guy for possession of an item that isn't a machine gun by definition and that was legal mere months ago!

    Thank you Trump.

Kinda like tacking on a seatbelt violation after getting pulled over for speeding.

"Mr. Dhingra’s mother and brother told federal agents that Mr. Dhingra refuses to take his medication. The agents found bumper stickers on Mr. Dhingra’s car that said “My community of Houston Texas USA chose to bully me — a somewhat autistic person, who was molested and raped since the age of 8” and “White Christians are cowards. Put bullets in my head cowards.”"

I’m sure this case was picked for a reason. You can be sure the first case wouldn’t have been an otherwise law abiding family man and deacon of his Church. They’re saving that case for later.

Kinda reminds me of the individual in California they were trying to prosecute about a rig he had set up to help people "complete" their 80% AR lowers. The Feds supposedly ended up throwing out the case over the law referring to "firearms" instead of just the lowers.

I have not heard anything about it since.
