I’ve been sort of the extra hand for labor on the last two.

But that’s changing as I begin to scale-up. There’s not enough of me to go around

So I’ll be taking slightly lower profits but doing twice as many flips.

That, and heavy crow’s foot texture on the walls kills me.

Plus every other screw in this damn house was phillips or flathead...all different sizes.
