    I've been looking at them as well. Found a few cassettes from I would like to convert to digital. I find plenty used one's out there, just waiting for the right local deal to come around. Funny how things seem to go from everyday items you don't really think much about and slowly stop using one day, to being listed as "vintage" and sometimes priced accordingly.

    I found a few places online that do transfers from your old tapes to digital or to CD-DVD fairly cheap. Might be less hassle, it would be a bummer to have a hard to find recording get eaten by a bad cassette deck. I think I might try one of these out and see how it goes.
