No commo for over 24hrs. I need to sell this!

I am in Plano and prefer a FTF close to home, so if you are interested you need to meet me in Plano or Allen/ Frisco/ McKinney/ N Dallas/ Richardson area.

Yes. He posted at 0902 hrs, I responded to his email at 0912 hrs. He emailed me back at 1515 hrs and asked to meet the next day someplace that was between our respective locations. I replied back at 2104 hrs.

In the reply I told him I would meet him at a specific location that was equadistant, a specific time that should allow us both time to get there, and on the date he requested. I never heard back from him. So his last commo was well over 24hrs.

Good communication is essential to any deal. If he really intended to buy he needed to be more proactive.

It is not that I was not interested. I had an emergency that needed to be attended to. I had to leave for Amarillo same night that we corresponded.

I had no access to email until this morning when I sent a you a note explaining the situation.

    Sorry for the inconvenience.
