Hello all, I am currently compiling all the forms required to apply for a LTC. Form LTC-78C indicates that I report all criminal offenses including those committed while a juvenile. Well....I had committed two minor offenses as a juvenile(Minor in Possession and Theft of Services, I snuck into the Drive-in movies). Both of these offenses were committed over 45 years ago. When I contacted the Houston PD and Harris CSO they had no record of me.
The questions are: Do I still report the offenses? I am unsure of actual dates and charges.
Or: Do I omit this information and risk delays or denials in getting my LTC?
