So... it's not too late to secede, right?

At some point, "they" no longer have the consent of the governed...

"To take action against a*foul government*is the peoples right" -Talib Kweli (The Beast)

I've read about the founding fathers and when they decided they were being not only unrepresented by their government but also inappropriately and intolerably constrained as free people. I dont know where that "Rubicon" is for America in 2013.

I know Klinton represents the radical socialists. Who the hell does Christie represent?

Nobody, which is why his nomination would mean a sure loss in '16.

Start sending the message now. If Christie is the nominee, I won't vote republican. Period. I'm sick and tired of pastel, "Grey-scale" candidates. The republicans need to start painting with bold colors. I want Paul, or Cruz.

We have a one party political system with two names, that is why all we get to vote for are Progressive Big Government candidates! The way to win elections is to own both sides. When both houses had a Republican majority for part of the Bush years plenty of opportunists were lost to go in another direction. If we didn't learn from recent events we are truly screwed, Ted Cruz got the support of the Americans while Dewhurst was the anointed choice of the RNC. After Sandy Hook BO had the opportunity to strike while emotions were high and the only thing that stopped him were the people who mostly stay home on election day. rising up and yelling "No, not this time". We have the power to take our country back if we do it at the local level first so we never end up with a McCain, Graham, or Christy.

As long as there is a class that can afford to own SUV's, a house and the newest brain draining hand held widget, this country will never see any effective revolution or change.

I agree but hearing the gun rights crowd get vocal and political was nice and all but a lot of those same people are single issue voters. They dont realize how their liberties are tied to other groups. Essentially we need someone (like Ted Cruz) to unify all of the splinter groups that fall under the GOP.

I dont understand. Why is Chris Christie is popular?

Most likely because he's the governor of a state that got slammed by Hurricane Sandy and he didn't break down and piss and whine and moan like your usual libiturd asswipe. He became the "hero" because he was out pressing the flesh, so to speak, with the coastal victims and their families.

My opinion of Fox News went down slightly when they said they'd rather hang out with Christie than Clinton. My choice would be NEITHER. Not the fat f##k or the murdering c##t.
