Notice how ALL these issues are never really approached by the proper channels? They have decided to circumvent our constitution through unelected officials and departments. Janet Napolitano and DHS are setting policies and laws that politicians can't touch, maybe it's time to challenge the constitutionality of DHS?

To me the other glaringly obvious thing is everything they do seems to be aimed at American citizens.

There are people buying guns and trafficking them into Mexico, but what isn't reported is the number of businesses that report these sales to the ATF for them to follow-up on. When some guy in broken English asks to buy 10 Bushmaster AR15s for "pig hunting", it's not exactly a common sale. Some of these guns probably do end up in Mexico, but our rights as law abiding citizens far outweigh the problems of another country.

The real root of the problem is the fact that we can't control our border. We will not invest the manpower, time, effort, and money to actually blockade our border, to stop the flow of illegal immigrants, to stop the flow of drugs, and to stop the flow of weapons. God forbid we actually defend this country against the decay seeping into our Southern border.

We're paying the ATF, FBI, and local law enforcement shitloads of money that we could save if we'd actually enforce the border.
