FS: 3.11Waterfront Acres - Orange County, TX

I have 3.11 waterfront acres with a hurricane Ike damaged house for sale on the Sabine Lake marsh in Bridge City. The property is located in the county, so no city taxes are assessed. The house can be either restored or torn down by the buyer after purchase. I'm asking $64,500.00, for the property, which is less than the TAD value for the land alone.

The property has city water, septic system, and electric on site. Also, an in ground gunite 16' X 32' X 8' pool that can be restored. The 2008 TAD appraisal on the house and acreage was $165,000.00, combined, and taxes are paid in full until January 2010.
