I have a NIB, factory assembled BCM Standard 16" Mid Length (Light Weight) Upper Receiver Group w/ Centurion Arms C4 12" handguard. The handguards were installed by BCM and they came to me like this from the factory. They do not include the BCG or CH.These uppers hard to get from BCM with an unknown backorder fulfillment date. I am looking to get $1100 shipped via Fedex ground. I take discrete paypal.
