FS: Stainless Mini-14 Ranch Rifle in .223 Package (Houston)

I have a mint condition stainless mini-14 Ranch Rifle with a beautiful wood stock. The rifle has only been shot by me and I have put exactly 150 rounds down the pipe. Also included in the package is the following:

* (3) Ruger factory mags (30 rnd), new in the box
* (1) Ruger factory mag (20 rnd), used
* (1) Ruger factory mag (10 rnd), used
* (1) Ruger factory mag (5 rnd), used (fits flush to the magwell)
* A set of Ruger scope rings, new in the box
* A drop in recoil buffer, new in the package
* And finally, 400 rounds of non-reload, brass cased .223
