And take his possessions and pension.
    Distribute cash to victims.

Let him go. The cocksmoker-in-chief said it was nothing more than a case of workplace discrimination and a manmade disaster.

Not murder and certainly not radical islamic terrorism. No sirree.

It's just a shame we don't have someone like the Apache Woman that Carlos Hathcock killed.

I am with you, poor guy, he only killed 14 folks and did it for Allah so it must be ok.

He SHOULD get the death penalty, but Obama is the CIC of the military so he will tell the court what the outcome will be.

It is a damned shame that that cocksucker is still breathing and 5 million dollars has been spent on this trial. Even more so that the cocksucker is going to get a world stage to run his mouth and provide entertainment/encouragement for his jihadist admirers.

Life in prison without publicized trial gets my vote. Can't kill the bastard outright because then we've made him into a martyr for all the other psycho "Muslim" terrs out there. Rather not see the trial get any media attention, because that'll just do the same, plus it'll piss people off.

No matter what happens, he needs to be stripped of everything he has, including his military rank and pension/payment. Money, property, round it all up and divide it amongst the victims families.

Death penalty in military prison is a life sentence, they haven't executed anybody in over 50yrs

Not sure what you mean, but the death penalty is not the same as a life sentence.

    "UCMJ

    Art. 118. Murder
    Any person subject to this chapter who, without justification or excuse, unlawfully kills a human being, when he- (1) has a premeditated design to kill; (2) intends to kill or inflict great bodily harm; (3) is engaged in an act which is inherently dangerous to another and evinces a wanton disregard of human life; or (4) is engaged in the perpetration or attempted perpetration of burglary, sodomy, rape, robbery, or aggravated arson;
is guilty of murder, and shall suffer such punishment as a court-martial may direct, except that if found guilty under clause (1) or (4), he shall suffer death or imprisonment for life as a court-martial may direct."

The military of the United States executed 160 soldiers and other members of the armed forces between 1942 and 1961 (these figures do not include German prisoners of war, war criminals and saboteurs executed by military authorities between 1942 and 1951). There have been no military executions since 1961 although the death penalty is still a possible punishment for several crimes under the Uniform Code of Military Justice. Of these executions, 157 were carried out by the United States Army. The United States Air Force conducted the three remaining executions, one in 1950 and two in 1954. The U.S. Navy has not executed anyone since 1849. The United States Army had previously executed a total of 36 soldiers during the First World War, all taking place by hanging between 5 November 1917 and 20 June 1919. Eleven of these hangings were performed in France while the remaining 25 were carried out in continental United States.
Of the total, 106 were executed for murder (including 21 involving rape), 53 for rape and one for desertion (Eddie Slovik).

In addition he should be charged under Art 119a Death or injury of an unborn child

Executing folks is neither rare or unusual and in this case certainly justifiable IMO. Might send a msg to the radicals we mean business, but Obama has never met a radical or a Muslim he did not love...

My point is that they haven't fried anybody in 50 yrs, so therefore the death penalty is basically life

I say fry him, he already admitted he was the shooter, why do we need a trial?

Do you think that this president will sign the order? His political party is against the death penalty (killing babies is ok, just not criminals). They have at least one person awaiting his signature that has exhausted all his appeals and he has not done so. If he does get the death penalty, I suspect that one of the last things bho does before he leaves office is to commute it to life.

(side note: After reading about some of the injuries, and how many shots from the 5.7 that some survivors took, not impressed with that little rounds stopping power.)

I'm surprised Guns Galore hasn't taken a hit for selling that pistol to him. No doubt they wouldn't have known better seeing he was a Maj. But it seems like the media would be all over them.
