I’ve seen that kind of work done in some other countries. I wonder where this one was taken. The plug type is what we use in the US, but there are other countries that use them.

There's quite a bit of WTF going on in that picture. Styrofoam over the sheetrock, the obvious outlet wiring, the lack of a ground, the use of a wood screw on the trim plate, and the fact the trim plate is somehow broken. I'd like to see the rest of that room, I'm sure it would paint a better picture of what in the meth house is going on there.
