Even as a little kid I was not a monkey's fan. Back then it was Black Sabbath, The Byrds, Cream, The Doors, Ten Years After, Jimi Hendrix, Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin. You have seen the music I post on the music threads, never once was it The Monkees, Herman Hermits, Freddie & the Dreamers.FIFY

I remember when I got my first vehicle my brother had his first house & told me to pick up the first Rush album on the way over.In the 60's as a child I liked watching the Monkees, but I listened to bands like the Beach Boys, Byrds and Animals. In the 70's I got into listening to most the bands you mentioned.
