If you ever get the chance to get a cauliflower crust pizza, try it. Just tell them to ease up on the cooking and not let the cauliflower crust get hard. It is very good. They will know what you mean. I have visited a family owned place since 1968 and they suggested I try it. They also suggested I try pineapple on their pepperoni pizza then later on a side order of ranch dressing as a dipping sauce. They keep hitting home runs for me

The fact that you think pineapple on a Pizza is ok tells me that I should do the opposite of anything else you say.

That and if crust needs ranch dressing to choke down the crust is no good or they need to spread the sauce & cheese closer to the edge!
