10-12 years ago, a 747 owned by a Chinese airline company landed at Frankfurt. The next day, they were loading passengers when the German authorities told them NOPE.

They had flown from China with one dead engine and, for some strange reason, they had used a strap - the buckle made it look like a seat belt - to stop the engine from turning. and they were about to fly back the same way. So the Germans would not let them leave with passengers on board!
