    As an apprentice meat cutter I had to do the deli & gourmet cheese table. I like stinky cheese until the next couple of days.
    One time I was riding the tram in Zurich when a little old lady got on. About 15 seconds later I smelled a horrible scent and I actually thought she’d crapped her drawers. As she got off I noticed she was carrying a bag from a cheese shop. I don’t know what she’d purchased, but even Limburger doesn’t smell that bad to me.

    A patty melt with caramelized onions, brown mustard & Limburger on a good rye bread was how I was introduced to it.

    The old dirty trick when lifting the hood of a car or truck was still doable was in the winter when the heat is needed in the vehicle drop it in the engine.
