Just think I almost signed up for a membership there last week. Sounded great seeing it's only about 5 miles from my home.

Interesting to me is the failure to pay employees being alleged in that thread. That results in all sorts of trouble. If you're not paying your employees, you're sure as heck not paying your 941 taxes. Continuing to do that is what the IRS calls "pyramiding" and is grounds for shutting down even a viable, profitable business. There are intermediate enforcement steps that are roughly as painful as losing your business, too.

It seems like the pressure worked, and Fusion Made good on paying what they owed. This issue is now over.

Including their employees for the events they didn't get paid for, per the earlier allegation?

Or just to the one person this thread was for?

In other words, is EVERYONE made whole now, or just the one person this was aimed at rectifying things for?

Sad to hear this when people get ripped off. I have a membership at fusion and have never had any issues but I just go out to shoot, went out a few weeks ago and the range was indeed wiped out by flooding. Didn't see the owner when I went out just a young fellow cleaning up who didn't really know what was going to happen. I was surprised that no one from fusion sent out any sort of email to the members as they seemed pretty good about communicating what events where going on. I do know they where sending emails out for people who wanted to invest in the range as partner but that was it. Probably won't renew our membership if they don't get some improvements done as promised. Its to bad because the people that where there where friendly all the time and the range allowed you to do all kinds of shooting. Met lots of nice members who where always willing to share notes and ideas.

Sounds like the owner has been dropping the ball a lot lately!
