I used to live a couple miles from Galco in Phoenix.

Galco used to have 2 or 3 days a month you could go in for concierge service. You take in your cleared weapon and a bevy of nice knowledgeable Ladies would serve you refreshments while they took your gun to get the stuff you wanted. They ensured fit and matching color and would bring out belts holsters and mag/speedloader pouches to pick.

    It was awesome.

Customer service seems to be a thing of the past for several retail industries. I remember when Galco was starting out, and their CS was second to none. I used to deal with the same representative, and they custom manufactured several holsters for firearms, which nobody else offered. I still have a couple early custom rigs they made for me, with no up charge and they are still in top shape. Dang gonna miss that personalized service.
