Ohh...we could get a hell of a list. We've just scratched the surface.

    Max Stalling
    Stoney Larue
    Jamey Johnson
    Flatland Calvary
    Shane Smith & the Saints
    Wade Bowen

Blackberry Smoke is good too. Like the old Southern rock.

They are actually from Canada ...ehhh.
But they do have a cool sound.
The chelo played like a bass is pretty cool.

I tend to not care where it comes from, as long as it sounds right. Banjo Odyssey is awesome if you have a twisted sense of humor. For some reason I feel like they probably aren’t very good Canadians, lol.

Even with Red Dirt I don’t limit what I put in the category to bands from Texas and Oklahoma. If it sounds like Red dirt, it’s red dirt.

It never really crosses my mind what the clown I hire for the kids birthday thinks about things politically.

The outrage cancel bullshit is the worst things liberals do.

Don’t worry. Everybody got sick of Garth Brooks lame shit a couple decades ago.

Too late to cancel or boycott him now.

    Agreed...

The Devil Makes 3 is one of those also. Theres several more like Tyler Childers & Billy Strings that aren't from TX or OK but have a great sound.

Well, my opinion might not be popular, but I still like Garth Brook's music, and still listen to it. I know many of his viewpoints and opinions are liberal, but, I don't subscribe to of listen to him for his political views. Other than what I have read about them in a few articles, don't know much about them, or frankly care. Don't see him pushing them as some celebrities do all over various forms of media.

Personally, agree, or disagree with political viewpoints is entirely a personal decision and choice, but he's entitled to such opinions as anyone else. Entirely everyone's choice to listen to GB or not based upon his political viewpoints too. His supporting Obama was his choice, and refusing to play for Trump, again his choice.

If you'll get out your calendars, calculators, and magnifying glasses, you'll see that country music started to turn to shit immediately when Garth Brooks entered the business. He single-handedly killed country music.
