    I remember back in the 80's when Glocks first came on the market. There was talk on the national news channels on TV that the guns were plastic and would easily go through metal detectors undetected. They were made of plastic and would never work and hold up to use. They were plastic and would melt in a hot car. They were plastic and would become brittle and would break in the cold climates.

    Today, nearly every handgun manufacturer makes plastic guns.

    RIP, Gaston, you made an impact on the gun industry.
