I reload for it. .308 brass can be necked up to 7.65mm. No trimming is necessary because the case will be slightly shorter than factory.
I take a Dremel spiral bit to slightly erase the .308 on the head stamp so as to not confuse with .308 ammo.
It will take 0.311" - 0.312" bullets.
The 7.65x53 has such a short neck anyway, what kind of accuracy do you get with the reformed brass? Seems like bullet pull might be inconsistent. I have converted .30/06 brass to 7.65x53, but with Privi available from Graf's I don't even bother to do that anymore.
