Getting a handgun and concealed carry licence at 18

I was trying to be funny. I myself try to be very careful whom I'm selling to.

ok so I researched it a little more and I was right about being able to buy a handgun just not from an FFL but instead a private sale and I made a mistake with the license. In the requirements it lists when you can get the license and instead or needing everything on the three part list I thought one part was all that was needed
