Yeah, this might be the best thing to think about right now. Trump's attention to SCOTUS scored him big points with the voters in 2016, hopefully it will do so again, especially with the lawlessness of the democrats.

I agree. This is too important for Senators to sit on their hands and blow this opportunity. It would cost them their seat if they are up for election.

The other thing to remember is that some Dem senators are in tough reelection battles. Those individuals might be reluctant to go Kavanaugh this close to an election.
