In the event of State lawsuits centering on the illegal acts, or alleged illegal acts, to manipulate the outcome of an election, just as in 2000, it goes to the State Supreme Court. Regardless of outcome at the State level, one party or the other will appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court. Where.... in the event of a tie, the lower Court Ruling stands.

True, the lower court ruling would stand in the case of a tie, but in a presidential election the Supreme Court may be the lower court. Depends on if its the states or federal government that are appealing.

The one that concerns me are the mail-in ballots. The thought is, that they are intended to confuse the election results and tie things up for months, and possible allow Pelosi to assume the seat of president. I think many of us believe that is the strategy behind the Democrats pushing so hard for mail-in ballots for the election.

So now, are things further confused because of RBG's death yesterday? Does her death change things more in favor of Trump, or Biden after the November election?

During the Epstein investigation, there was a name, John Roberts that surfaced during that investigation. Is, or could this be the same SC justice John Roberts? At the same time, John and Roberts both are very common names so it could be an entirely different John Roberts.

I seriously doubt it's the same John Roberts. SCOTUS justices tend not to hobnob with politicians and their associates out of impropriety. Scandals are too easily implied.

Ginsburg most fervent wish is was that she not be replaced until a "new" President is elected? That can only mean one of two things.

#1.) Bitch shouldnt'a died!

#2.) We're gonna run until 2025 before we have a full 9 member Supreme Court. But if she is OK with Don Jr. seating the next Justice I could work with that.
