The first time I watched it, there was a GMC Truck ad video right in the middle of it; but I don’t see it there now.

I went back to re-watch several times. I never saw the GMC ad in it again, but there were several other ads, never the same one twice.

Honestly, it's probably more influenced by your own computer and what details it is broadcasting about you. You see a GMC ad, an 18 year old in Los Angeles who has never driven a car is seeing something very different.

I am not a math major... how did they come up with this? (from first video) If 97 percent of Americans own 200 million guns, that means there are few collectors (the 3 percent)? There are approximately 340 million Americans. By my math, that means every man, woman and child owns 1.6 guns? Love facts and figures... they can tell any story you like.
