I didn't even shop last year, I knew it was futile. But I figured there would be some good firearm or optics deals.

And almost nothing.

I did spot an FN Five Seven pistol for 950, but that was it.

I'm still debating on buying a new TV. I have an 11 year old Sharp 52" LCD that still works fine, just everything is going to 4k now....

I have a hard time quitting stuff that is still working, but if you are a costco member, 4k smart TVs are getting rather cheap.

Never give up on things that still work good. It's a trap! (unless you can get it for damn near nothing and save it until you need it).
