I’m not certain that’s a sound interpretation across the board.

in practical implementation, I can see where this may allow (but not require) LEO to ask the LTC holder to leave the premises without citing the LTC.

But, since it’s a defense to prosecution, that means you have to be prosecuted first, then offer up “I was asked to leave and departed immediately” and here’s the proof.
