Good Vet in NW Austin

Hey I am looking for a good Vet in NW Austin. Anyone have someone they can recomend?

At first I thought this was about a military vet, but nope, never mind.

Maybe this will help, since I am not from Austin - Just read some reviews from there and see if you find one you like.

I have used Northwest hills pet clinic off Mopac near Far West Blvd. McLeod's in Round Rock on North Mays is a very good man. Old school Vet.

Very happy with the staff and service at Avery Ranch Animal Hospital(Dr. Skupin). It's on the NW corner of Parmer Ln. and Avery Ranch Blvd.

Animal Trustees of Austin

They have a wellness clinic for healthey dogs and cats. They are really cheap for a checkup and shots if thats all you need.

I have used Spangler Animal Clinic on N. Lamar across from DPS for many years and a couple of dogs and cats. I now live about 20 miles away but still go there because they're very good and they care about you and your pet(s).

+1 for Spangler Animal Clinic. They've done right by me for the last 10 years.

I'm sure all the Vets are good but one thing I do is just go to the nearest one due to the stress of the pet.

I ended up going to Balcones Animal Hospital. I found out they did a lot of work with Austin Boxer rescue and Dr Woods is an Aggie so that made me feel good.

Dr. Weaver at Hometown Animal Care in Pflugerville is also an Aggie and he's who I got to. It's also within a couple of miles from my house. Dr. Mendoza is also easy on the eyes if you see her.
