This is a bill currently in the House to put restrictions on gun ownership. The federal government wants you to pass a psych test, register your gun with the federal government, pay additional taxes, etc, etc, etc..

Although it is old, it is good that you are on "the alert".

I guess some of us should recognize you are a new member and not be so quick to respond with "its old news" or to the effect it has been "passed around for over a year".
