    I got my pin to access the online system and when I log in it showes
    No application or license/certificate active
    is that a bad sign or what.

    I logged into the instructor side the first time I went to check also. I finally got my license today after 6mths of waiting. 6mths man. 6 whole months. The patience of Job finally means something to me. Anyway, make sure you keep your pin forever , because if you every lose your license and have to replace it you will need your pin to check the status. I learned that from a CHL Bureau employee.
