Well got this call today from a guy I know, said he wanted me to take a look at his truck and see if I could fix it. Well I go look at it and get a lil more info he said he took it to the dealership and they said a rat/mouse had chewed through the wiring harness for the pcm and qouted him $2000 to fix it. Well I go splice and solder all the wires took all of 15 min and got this in return for my services. Its a Ruger Super Redhawk chambered in .44 Magnum.

    +1...I like my RSRH in.44mag

Yea I had wanted a .44 before but I always wanted a 629 w/ a 4" barrell like my dads. I shot it earlier today and it shoots very very good I guess the extra weight helps alot but it had less felt recoil than my S&W .41 magnum.

Are you going to put a scope on it. I have the rings and a scope, but haven't had time to put it on and sight it in.

Not sure what that gun cost, but you definitely saved your friend more than it's worth. You earned it for sure....my friends would've fixed and then charged me $1800...LOL
