Granny subdued a 45lb raccoon that attacked her with a headlock. Coon got away after inflicting damage but granny showed sge is not someone to mess with.

Coons are tough, and mean, and should be killed on sight.
If cooked properly they may not be so tough! Recently found a recipe for racoon in my copy of The Doubleday Cookbook. Best cookbook I have ever seen.

Don't want to get my wife riled up about hurting raccoons. For the past 18 years she has, and still is, feeding several different types of birds, 2 opossums, 3 stray cats, up to 14 raccoons and 1 mouse. She even makes the raccoons toast with butter and jelly. Plus they get our left over food, cookies and dog food. They come over around 7 PM and stop around 11 PM. Luckily, they have all been here at the same time only a very few times.
