I'm trying to find out if the times that the DPS has to issue LTC are set in stone and if so where do I find the regulation(s) or statute(s) that are pertinent?
My app was accepted on 02/10/2023 and a request for assistance from the Medical Review Board was sent on 02/28/2023, I am sneaking up on the 180 day mark and was told that the MRB was way behind and that each department had different guidelines on how long they had to make their decision.
Basically, It takes how long it takes and that sounds like BS to me.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
