Amazon has the stepped drill bits sets.
    This kind is easier.

    Gunz are icky.
I would like to be the 1st customer to place an order for a set of mesquite burl grips for a full size 1911 from Charlie's Grip & Used Tire Emporium.

    To All,

IF anyone finds a GOOD grip-maker, I would like a set of fancy wood grips for my "new to me" ZIGANA K.

    Please PM me with information.

    yours, satx

Not sure how long they will be here but when they are gone, I might start working on some "practice" grips before I grind on the antler. Heh! I might even like to make some for the Ruger Birdshead!
When you start grinding or sanding on antlers, be ready for a stink that you won't expect. Cut and turned a few whitetail antlers on a lathe, won't do that again unless I have a 15 - 20 mph wind as a cross breeze!!
