    Got another one the other day from my own number.
    Almost all the numbers are fraudulent now. It's called "neighbor spoofing". It's supposed to make people more likely to answer if it looks like it's "closer". Of course they don't "own" the number they send out, but the telcos don't care about stopping them - no money in it for them.
