My son worked there for a year or two. It was pretty much a cnc operator job. That was 8 or 9 years ago. Not exactly a high paying job, at least for him. IIRC, around $13 an hour. That was on par with most machine shops at the time.

$13 an hour isn't bad, it certainly beats working at Walmart. I'd assume it's probably gone up over the last decade too. If the possibility to move up in the future is there, I'd definitely consider a job like that.

It was my understanding that the employees owned a piece of the company. I have no idea how long you have to work there to become vested, but still, that is a nice bonus.
