Shooters, I know a lot of you visit local gun stores on a regular basis so I wanted to ask here who do you think has the best IN STOCK selection of gun leather in Houston?

You might try Collectors Firearms for leather holsters, mag pouches, and belts. Quality leather is expensive, but you can see what you are buying and the sales staff are first rate.

If you're looking for a leather holster for a snubbie, Collectors has a very limited assortment. In fact that stands true for the approximately 10 Houston area places I've looked.
